The FANUC Simulator provides a save environment for which to learn how to operate a FANUC CNC. If you can perform a task with the FANUC Simulator, you will then be able to perform the task on an actual FANUC CNC that is connected to a CNC machine. After introducing you to its main components, we will provide you with several hands-on procedures aimed at getting you familiar with several common CNC tasks. Here are some important points.  Two machine types are supported  Machining center (mill)  this configuration is used for the quick tour.  To select the machining center configuration, hold the CTRL and M keys while press the ON button. Hold CTRL-M until you see the message that Manual Guidei is loading.  Turning center (lathe)  To select the turning center configuration, hold the CTRL and T keys while press the ON button. Hold CTRL-T until you see the message that Manual Guidei is loading  Data (programs and offsets, for instance) will be saved while using one configuration or the other, even after power off, but data will be lost when you switch machine configurations. Again, be sure the machining center configuration is selected before continuing with this quick tour.  Example program must be downloaded  During this quick tour, you will load, run, graph, and delete a practice program. The program is named Program.nc, and can be downloaded from.  Place this program in the root folder of a USB memory stick now to be ready for the upcoming program-manipulation procedures.

More than 2000 CNC Training machines manufactured by 'M/s Hytech Automation' are working successfully in 8 countries all over the world. Hytech CNC training machines are specifically designed for training purposes.

Additional safety measures are provided to reduce the chances of accidents.

Operational panel as well as the machine structure is designed in a way that can be considered ideal for training purpose. Complete structure is built in a FG 32 grade casting which provides necessary stability to CNC machine.

All Hytech CNC machines are floor mounted with CI FG 32 grade castings. Rigid ball screws of C3 / C5 class are used in CNC machines.

These machines are equipped with computer based CNC controller which can emulate Fanuc as well as Siemens controllers. This variant is completely PLC controlled and CPU is used only for the purpose of human - machine interface. These machines have a special feature of remote diagnosis as well as remote control which enables us to operate the machine from anywhere in the world.

There are two models in CNC Trainer Lathe Machines which are as follows:
1-a. CLT 100 - Stepper
1-b. SLT 100 - Servo
CLT 100 model has the stepper motors as the axes feed motors whereas the SLT 100 has servo motors as the axes feed motors.
Advantages of PLC controlled CNC machine and difference between Servo motors and Stepper motors is explained in following documents.
Both of these models are floor mounted models which give students very clear idea about the CNC machine operation as well as programming. Material such as MS, Aluminum, wood, Acrylic, etc can be machines on these machines. Mechanical structure of both these models is the same. The only difference is the axes feed motors.
